Indians traveling to Ghana for business purposes can apply for the Ghanaian business visa. Business travelers are required to provide a business cover letter from their India-based company. All letters must be printed on company letterhead that displays an India mailing address. You are required to provide an official letter of invitation from the company or organization that you will be visiting. The letter must: Be written on an official company letterhead. State the nature of the business to be conducted (i.e., business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) Include the full local address and phone number of the company or organization you will be visiting. Specify the number of entries and desired validity of the visa you are requesting. You must provide proof of travel arrangements for the duration of your trip. Details of your intended arrangements must: Include a copy of an itinerary or e-ticket that displays your round trip travel and entry and exit dates for your destination. Show the traveler's full name (as printed in his or her passport). Mobile no. of signatory of the invite company should be mentioned on invitation letter. Also attach a copy of ID card of the Signatory of the invitation letter.

Austria business visa is issued to Indians traveling to Austria for business purposes. It is also a type C short-stay visa valid for 90 days and allows multiple entries into Austria. Valid Indian Residency Permit or return visa to India for citizens of Bangladesh / Bhutan / India / Maldives / Nepal / Sri Lanka is required when travelling on a business visa to Austria. For Tibetans travelling on Indian IC (yellow Identity Certificate) it is mandatory to hold a Return Visa (valid until at least three months after your intended return to India) apart from the stamped entry “No objection to return to India” (NORI) in the IC. Self-employed applicants are to submit one of the following: GST certificate/ Udhyog Aadhar Memorandum/ Import Export Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation. If you are travelling for other purposes such as training, voluntary or project work, Permission by the Austrian Labor Market Authority “AMS”(Entsendebewilligung, Anzeigebestätigung) is to be obtained by the inviting Austrian company. An invitation letter from the Austrian company / Business Operation is required. It should state the nature of the business to be conducted, sponsor of the business and previous deals. Applicants are required to have a hotel reservation or host in Austria. If you have a host, the person is required to send you an invitation letter. If the applicant intends to stay longer than 6 (six) months, Residence Permit (“Aufenthaltstitel”) has to be applied for. Visa “C” can be applied for with validity of up to 90 days, Visa "D" between 91 and 180 days. Visa in both categories cannot be extended or renewed in Austria. The Consul reserves the right to request additional documents and applicants would be called for an interview if necessary.

The Slovakian business visa is for Indians visiting Slovakia for business purposes. Applicants are required to provide a formal invitation letter from the Slovakian company they will be visiting. This letter must include the company's detailed address and other means of contact, as well as the dates and true purpose of your visit. Either the employer or the partner company must state who will be responsible for covering the applicant’s expenses during their stay in Slovakia. Your travel insurance must be valid for the entire length of stay in Slovakia. The minimum coverage of the policy must be EUR 30,000, covering expenses arising from a sudden illness or accident or repatriation expenses in case of death in the country. Business travelers cannot be gainfully employed while they are in the country with this visa.  A confirmation of hotel reservation or any other means of accommodation should be submitted. If there were previous trade relations between the traveler and the company, proof of such must be provided. Working applicants may be required to provide salary slips from the last three months during the application. Extending a Slovakian short-stay visa is only possible in exceptional cases where new facts and special reasons arise after entry in Slovakia.

The Lebanon business visa allows Indians to engage in commercial and trade activities for the duration of visa validity.  It also grants individuals the opportunity to attend conferences, seminars, interview and employ staff and purchase business materials.  Those going to attend a conference are required to provide proof of pre-registration for the conference.  Your Lebanese business partner is required to send an invitation letter. This letter should state the nature of business to be conducted, the duration of the business and if the host company will sponsor the business.  If the host company will not sponsor the business trip, the company the applicant is representing should sponsor the trip.  Self-employed individuals are to submit their company registration certificate and tax clearance.  This visa does not allow the applicant to receive remuneration for services rendered while in Lebanon neither does it allow engagement in any form of employment.  If there are previous dealings between the Lebanese company and Indian company/individual, documents with details of the transactions should be provided.  Business applicants are to have an accommodation reservation valid for the duration of the stay.  The visa fees are to be paid before your application can be processed and the fees are non-refundable. 

Netherlands business visa allows individuals an uninterrupted stay of up to 90 days to conduct businesses, negotiate and sign contracts and perform other commercial transactions. This visa also allows the applicant to attend conferences and seminars during their stay. It takes about 10-15 days to process this visa but could take longer if the consul requires additional documents. Ensure that the documents submitted are complete and correct. If they are not, the visa processing would take longer. A business visa can be a single-entry visa that is valid for 180 days or multiple-entry which is valid for 1 year. However, the individual is not allowed to stay beyond 90 days per visit. Those travelling for a conference, require pre-registration and proof of the registration would be submitted during the visa application. Applicants are to have medical travel insurance to cover any emergency that could occur during the trip. This insurance must be valid for all Schengen countries. The trip has to be financed by the employer of the applicant, or the business partner. Whoever will sponsor the trip should provide a bank statement not older than six months showing enough money to last the trip. As a business visa holder, you cannot take up any form of employment, seek public funds or study while in the Netherlands. The Netherlands host company should send a letter of invitation to the applicant. The letter must explain the type of business to be conducted, and length of the business. The company must be registered and should submit a copy of Memorandum and Article of Association in original certified copy (registered with joint-stock companies) Trade License (first issued and present renewal). Self-employed individuals should have their business registration certificate and proof of regular tax payment. They should also have sufficient funds for the trip. After every 90 days stay, you have to stay away for an additional 90 days before re-entering the Netherlands.

The Burkina Faso business visa is issued to Indians traveling to the country for business purposes. This visa is valid for 90 days. A letter from the applicant’s employer in India is required. The letter should be addressed to the Embassy of Burkina Faso. The letter should introduce the applicant and state the nature of the business to be conducted. If the applicant is meeting more than one company, the names and addresses of the companies should be stated. The letter should also state the following: Purpose of the trip. Activities to be performed during the trip. Source of financial responsibility or expenses to be covered by the applicant's company or host company. Duration of stay. An official letter of invitation from the host company in India should be provided. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and signed by an authorized signatory of the company. The letter should state the duration and nature of the business to be carried out. The valid contact address of the company should be included in the letter. Proof of any previous dealings between the sponsoring and the host company should be provided, if any.

Botswana business visa is issued to individuals who want to participate in business and other commercial activities. This visa is also for prospective investors, entrepreneurs, and even traders to explore the business area of Botswana. An invitation letter from your business partner in Botswana is required. The letter should state the nature of the business to be conducted, length of business transaction and who will sponsor the trip. Employed applicants are to get a letter from their employer, the letter should show that the employer is aware of the trip and that the individual will return to their job after the trip. If your Indian employer will be the one to sponsor your trip, the employer should include it in the letter. The business visa can also be used to attend conferences, conventions, and negotiate a contract. To attend a conference, you would be required to submit proof of pre-registration for the conference. Business applicants are also to have a schedule if coming for a conference or meeting in Botswana. The company you are partnering with in Botswana should have a certificate of incorporation and trading license. Handling an Indian branch company in Botswana can be done while holding a business visa. Working or being involved in any form of employment is not allowed with this visa. You have to pay the application fee before your visa can be processed and the fee is 10,260 INR. Visa fees are non-refundable if the visa is not issued.

The Taiwan business visa is issued to Indians traveling to Taiwan for business purposes. Applicants are required to provide a certificate of business name registration and  SEC registration Applicants who are employed should provide a certificate of employment. Invitation letter from Taiwanese company/organization in Chinese letterhead clearly outlining purpose of visit and duration of stay must also be provided. Request letters from applicant’s company is required. Taiwan is becoming an increasingly attractive destination for foreign direct investment (FDI) as businesses from around the world. A signed letter of invitation (this must include a copy of the inviter’s ARC or ID – front and back. Expired ARCs will not be accepted.  If you are not expected by the inviter in Taiwan and are traveling for Tourism purposes, please attach the confirmed hotel/guesthouse booking and use fill in their details on “Reference in Taiwan” section on the application form.

The business visa is issued to Indians traveling to Mongolia for business purposes. This visa can be used to attend conferences, seminars, negotiate and sign contracts and purchase business materials. Individuals attending a conference are to provide proof of pre-registration for the conference. Business travelers are required to have a sponsor. If you do not have a sponsor, a recent bank statement showing sufficient funds for the trip is required. The inviting company in Mongolia is required to send an invitation letter to the applicant. The company must be a registered one and the letter should state the details of the business transaction to be carried out. The company is also required to apply for approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs prior to your arrival. Only after the approval has been granted would the visa be issued. Mongolia issues visas for single, double and multiple entries. The single-entry allows the individual to enter and exit Mongolia just once, double-entry allows twice and multiple-entry allows numerous entries and exits for the validity duration of the visa. If your trip would be extended for over3 0 days, you must register with the Immigration Agency of Mongolia in Ulaanbaatar or its local branches within 7 business days after arriving in Mongolia.

This visa is issued to engage in trade and commercial activities in Japan. Business visa is can be used to attend meetings, conferences, seminars, negotiate and sign contracts. Holders of this visa can also participate in cultural and sports exchange. A travel permit from your current employer for employed applicants should be submitted. Travellers are to have sufficient funds for their trip. A mission letter, bank statement, payslip or any related document can serve. The Japanese company is required to issue an invitation letter to the applicant from India. The letter should be addressed to the Japanese embassy or consul-general and should contain details of the business to be undergone. If both companies have existing deals, details of those transactions should be provided. The applicant is required to have an accommodation reservation that would be valid for the duration of their stay. A guarantee letter from your employer or host company is required. The letter must be completed as omission of the required information in the letter format would render it unacceptable. This visa is a short stay visa and is valid for 90 days during which its holder is not allowed to take up any form of paid employment.

The Liberian business visa is issued to Indians traveling to Liberia for business purposes. This visa does not allow its holder to receive payment for any form of business undertaken neither does it allow employment while in Liberia. This visa can be used to attend conferences, seminars and training. Those attending a conference are to submit a reservation for the conference. Employed applicants should present a letter of leave from their employer. If there are previous trade records between both parties, it should also be included. All applicants must be vaccinated against yellow fever before travelling to Liberia. The inviting company or business partner in Liberia is required to send a letter of invitation to the applicant which would be submitted with the required documents for visa processing. The letter must be on the company's letterhead and should introduce the applicant, indicate the applicant's employment status/position held in the company, and clearly state the purpose of travel to Liberia. The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information in Liberia. The Consulate of Liberia requires an official business letter to support your application.  A proof of travel arrangements must also be provided. This should come in the form of a computer-generated flight itinerary, clearly showing the applicant’s name, from the airline or travel agency or copy of airline ticket showing entry and departure from Liberia.
