Indians traveling to Slovenia for business purposes are required to apply for the Slovenian business visa. A signed letter of invitation from the company in Slovenia which contains the applicant’s data, the purpose of the visit, the period of intended stay and contact details of the company must be provided. A signed letter of invitation from your current employer with your personal data, the term of employment, and purpose of visit is also required. Travelers looking to stay longer than 90 days within a 180-day period must apply for a temporary residency prior to entering Slovenia. Travelers must register with the police within three days of arrival. Failure to do so will result into a fine. Travelers who intend to attend conferences which require prior business registration should ensure they have proof of registration and the receipt for the registration fee. If you have been in prior business dealings with the company, a proof of this is required. Certificate of business registration of the company in Slovenia should be provided.

Indians traveling to Peru for business purposes need to acquire a Peruvian business visa. Holders of the Peru business visa can negotiate and sign business contracts while they are in the country. They can also engage in other business-related activities, such as attending conferences, summits and trade fairs. This visa is valid for 183 days and is not extendable. Applicants are required to provide a business introduction letter. A letter of invitation from the host company must also be provided. This letter must include the following: Your full name, date of birth, nationality and intended dates of travel. The name of the host organization, their address and phone number. The purpose and nature of your visit in detail. Number of intended entries and length of validity of the visa. The certificate of business registration of the company in Peru is required. Proof of previous business dealings with the Peruvian company must be provided, if any. A police report showing a clean criminal record is required.

The Mexico business visa allows Indians visit Mexico for business purposes. Indians on this visa can attend business meetings and conferences, sign and negotiate business contracts with partner companies while in the country. Applicants of this visa who intend to attend business conferences in the country are advised to register for the conference before they leave India. The certificate of registration should be submitted with the other necessary documents required. A letter of invitation written on the company’s letterhead should be provided. The letter should state the duration and purpose of your visit to Mexico. A letter in Spanish from your company indicating that you are an employee and that the services you will provide in Mexico will be paid for by your company must be provided. If the travel expenses of the applicant will not be covered by the company, this should be expressly stated in the letter. The certificate of business registration of the inviting company in Mexico is required. Proof that you are an Indian resident must be provided. Non-citizens should provide a copy of their stay permit. Minors should ensure the original copy of their birth certificate is submitted with the other required documents. A letter of consent signed by both their parents is also required.

This type of visa is issued to Indian businessmen, representatives or employees of foreign companies who want to visit Brazil for business purposes. Applicants are permitted to attend business meetings and conferences and conclude contracts with this visa. A covering letter from the applicant’s company is required. The letter must have the company’s letterhead, the name of the company,  the designation of the candidate, the department he or she works in and the contact number. A notarized letter of invitation from the concerned organisation in Brazil is needed. The letter should be written in both English and Portuguese. The letter should also include all the details of the company, such as the registration number of the organisation, the duration and purpose of stay of the applicant. If  the applicant is a  business  owner , a copy of your certificate of business registration and l atest  tax return s  is required. If your employer is to assume the   financial responsibility  of your trip,  it should be stated in the letter from your employer. Proof of previous business dealings in the company should be provided ,  if any.

The Pakistan business visa is issued to Indians traveling to Pakistan for business purposes. This visa is valid for 30 days but can be extended from 90-180 days with multiple entries. Four business visa forms (back to back print) must be provided. Information should be typed and not hand written. Applicants are required to provide an original letter of Invitation from their Pakistani business partners. A original Chamber of Commerce letter from Pakistan is required. An original copy of a recommendation letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce must be provided. A covering letter from the applicant's Indian company is required. A valid Polio (OPV) certificate is required.  Applicants are required to provide bank statement of the last 1 year. A copy of the latest balance sheet of the Indian Company (Auditors final report) is required.

The Greek business visa is issued to Indians traveling to Greece for business purposes. Holders of this visa can negotiate and sign business contracts with their partners during business meetings. An invitation letter from the host company in Greece is required. The letter should be written in both Greek and English. The invitation letter should introduce the applicant and state the duration and purpose of the applicant’s visit. This visa allows Indians to attend and participate in trade fairs, conferences, and business seminars relating to their profession. Foreigners visiting the country to attend a conference should provide an invitation letter from the company or authorized body to attend events connected with trade. Applicants of this visa must provide evidence of a clean criminal record from the last three years. A letter from the applicant’s employer stating the applicant’s job position, salary level and length of employment should be provided. A Certificate of Business Incorporation of a company in Greece is required.

The Oman business visa is for Indians traveling to Oman for business purposes. As a business visa holder, you can negotiate and sign business contracts with your business partners in Oman. Business travelers can also attend trade fairs, conferences and summits while they are in Oman. For those planning to attend a conference, prior registration for the exact event is necessary. A letter of invitation from the company you are visiting in Oman should be provided. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and should state the duration and purpose of your visit. The letter of invitation should also introduce the applicant and fully explain the nature of the business to be conducted . Your business partner in Oman is required to provide a certificate of business registration and a copy of membership card of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Copy of the signature specimen of the authorized signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry must be provided. If you have previously been in business with the company you are meeting in Oman, proof of this is required. Passport must not contain any evidence of prior or intended travel to Israel.

The Iceland business visa allows business travelers to engage in business activities of their choice in the country. Business travelers can meet up with partners to negotiate and sign business contracts. Businessmen and businesswomen can attend trade fairs, conferences, and business summits during their time in the country. An invitation letter from the company you are meeting up with should be provided. The letter should have the company’s address, the duration of your visit, as well as the purpose of your visit to the country. Regarding the applicant’s expenses during stay in the Schengen zone, either the employer or the partner company must state coverage of expenses on the letter or invitation   A letter from your employer stating awareness and allowance of your business leave should be provided. The letter should include the duration and purpose of your visit to Iceland. If you have had previous business dealings with the company in Iceland, proof of this required. Business bank statement of the latest 6 months must be provided. Memorandum and Article of Association in original certified copy (registered with joint stock companies) Trade License (first issued and present renewal), Proprietorship/Partnership documents must be provided.

The Bahamas business visa is issued to Indians traveling to The Bahamas for business purposes. This visa is valid for more than 30 days and can be extended. A letter of invitation from the company you are visiting in Bahamas should be provided. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and should state the duration and purpose of your visit. The letter of invitation should also introduce the applicant and fully explain the nature of the business to be conducted . If you have previously been in business with the company you are meeting in Bahamas, proof of this is required. A computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or copy of airline ticket showing entry and departure from the Bahamas must be provided.

The Belize business visa is issued to Indians traveling to Belize for business purposes. This visa is valid for 30 days but can be extended. Visitors who want to stay longer should request a one-month extension from the Immigration and Nationality Department.  The visa can extended monthly. This visa allows Indians to travel for business meetings and conferences. A Letter of invitation from the host company in Belize must be provided. Onward and return ticket or confirmed itinerary is required. A business letter stating the purpose and duration of the visit and the applicants responsibility for all travel expenses. Business travelers are required to have a sponsor. If you do not have a sponsor, a recent bank statement showing sufficient funds for the trip is required.

Indians traveling to Philippines for business purposes should apply for a Philippine business visa. This visa is originally valid for 30 days but is extended up to 6 months. Proof of yellow fever vaccination is required for Indians. Visitors traveling with children should be aware that they may be required to produce documentary evidence of parental responsibility before entering the country. You may need to provide an invitation letter from the Philippine company you will be visiting. This letter will also contain their detailed address, accompanied with the date and actual purpose of your trip. If you are employed, you will have to present a certificate from your employer stating or allowing your business travel. A letter of financial support or your bank statement from the last 6 months is needed. Self-employed people will submit proof of business registration. It must be made clear whether your trip will be sponsored by the employer or the Philippine company.

The Czech business visa is issued to Indians traveling to Czech for business purposes. An invitation letter from the company you will be visiting in the Czech Republic detailing purpose and duration of your stay should be provided. The letter should be on the company's letter head detailing its address and contact details. You'll also need to provide a letter from your employer in India acknowledging your business trip, purpose and duration. Documentation showing proof of previous trade relations between you and the company should also be provided. The certificate of business registration of the company in Czech Republic is important. You'll need to provide documentation affirming who would be liable for all expenses in Czech Republic. This letter could come from your employer in India or the visiting company. Financial statements of whoever is sponsoring the trip should also be submitted. You are to provide proof of a valid medical insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000 covering any medical emergency for the duration of your stay in Czech Republic. Minors should ensure that they have the original copy of their birth certificate along with a signed letter of consent from their parents.
