This type of visa is issued to Indian businessmen, representatives or employees of foreign companies who want to visit Brazil for business purposes. Applicants are permitted to attend business meetings and conferences and conclude contracts with this visa. A covering letter from the applicant’s company is required. The letter must have the company’s letterhead, the name of the company, the designation of the candidate, the department he or she works in and the contact number. A notarized letter of invitation from the concerned organisation in Brazil is needed. The letter should be written in both English and Portuguese. The letter should also include all the details of the company, such as the registration number of the organisation, the duration and purpose of stay of the applicant. If the applicant is a business owner , a copy of your certificate of business registration and l atest tax return s is required. If your employer is to assume the financial responsibility of your trip, it should be stated in the letter from your employer. Proof of previous business dealings in the company should be provided , if any.
