If your Indian employer will be the one to sponsor your trip, the employer should include it in the letter.
The business visa can also be used to attend conferences, conventions, and negotiate a contract. To attend a conference, you would be required to submit proof of pre-registration for the conference.
Business applicants are also to have a schedule if coming for a conference or meeting in Botswana.
The company you are partnering with in Botswana should have a certificate of incorporation and trading license.
Handling an Indian branch company in Botswana can be done while holding a business visa.
Working or being involved in any form of employment is not allowed with this visa.
You have to pay the application fee before your visa can be processed and the fee is 10,260 INR.
