The business visa is issued to Indians traveling to Mongolia for business purposes.
This visa can be used to attend conferences, seminars, negotiate and sign contracts and purchase business materials.
Individuals attending a conference are to provide proof of pre-registration for the conference.
Business travelers are required to have a sponsor. If you do not have a sponsor, a recent bank statement showing sufficient funds for the trip is required.
The inviting company in Mongolia is required to send an invitation letter to the applicant. The company must be a registered one and the letter should state the details of the business transaction to be carried out.
The company is also required to apply for approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs prior to your arrival. Only after the approval has been granted would the visa be issued.
Mongolia issues visas for single, double and multiple entries.
The single-entry allows the individual to enter and exit Mongolia just once, double-entry allows twice and multiple-entry allows numerous entries and exits for the validity duration of the visa.
If your trip would be extended for over3 0 days, you must register with the Immigration Agency of Mongolia in Ulaanbaatar or its local branches within 7 business days after arriving in Mongolia.
