The Canadian visitor visa is issued to Indians traveling to Canada for visitation and tourism purposes. The Canadian visitor visa has two purposes: Tourism or holidays in Canada. Visiting family or friends. The Canadian visitor visa allows you to go to a Canadian port of entry and ask for permission to enter the country. Canadian law prohibits trafficking of controlled substances and narcotics, including those which may be legal to possess under the law of certain states.  Canadian law requires that officials confiscate any firearms, ammunition, and other weapons from persons crossing the border who do not declare having the items in their possession. Confiscated firearms, ammunition, and weapons will not be returned. Possession of an undeclared firearm may result in arrest and imprisonment.  Travelers are strongly advised to inspect all belongings thoroughly prior to travel to Canada to avoid the accidental import of firearms or ammunition. Computers and cell phones are subject to searches without a warrant at the border and illegal content can result in the seizure of the computer as well as detention, arrest, and prosecution of the bearer.

Short stay Schengen visa The Schengen short-stay visa is issued to travelers who want to visit France for tourism, business, family visitation or any other short term purpose. The applicant's reason for travel must be clearly stated on the visa stamped in the applicant's visa. Application forms should be filled correctly and with all honesty. You can also fill the France Schengen Visa application form electronically and then print a hard-copy. Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the return date. When you submit your application, your fingerprints will be taken and these will remain valid for 5 years.  Some applicants such as children under the age of 12 do not need to have their fingerprints taken. Travelers on this visa are expected to have at least €14 to spend per day. Applicants are expected to be physically present for submission of the signed application form to the appropriate embassy in India. For accommodation, you can book hotels online. For business applicants, they are to submit an invitation letter from the French company they will be visiting and a detailed address accompanied by the dates of their visit. A letter from your employer in India stating awareness and allowance of your business travel for the duration of your time in the country. If there were previous trade relations between the two companies, proof of such events must be provided The employer or the partner company must state coverage of the applicant’s expenses for the duration of stay in France on the letter of invitation. You are required to provide the original copies of all documents with clear double-sided photocopies at the embassy. You should NOT staple the documents together. If you are self-employed, you should submit proof of business certification such as the Business License and the company's certified bank account statements for the last three months. There should be a detailed itinerary of the applicant's travel and a return ticket to India at the end of the applicant's stay.  Minors traveling on a short-stay visa are expected to have their birth certificate and a signed letter of consent from their parents. They should also have copies of their parents' or guardians' IDs or passports.

Denmark issues a visitor visa for tourism or private visits to Indians visiting for those purposes. It is a Schengen country so you have to apply for a Schengen visa. Before applying for this visa, ensure you have settled your accommodation in Denmark as it is an important criterion for the visa issuance. This visa is given to applicants who intend to stay in Germany for a short period for purposes such as tourism, visiting and vacationing. The type of visa issued to travelers going to Germany for a short period is the Schengen visa. This is because Germany is part of the 26 Schengen countries in Europe. There are uniform rules that guide the Schengen visa and the possession of this visa (if issued for multiple-entry) allows travelers go to as many Schengen countries as they want to. Travelers on this visa go to Germany for other reasons such as business trips, holiday or to visit relatives as well. For the short-stay visa, the reasons or purposes for travelers' visits would be clearly stated on their visas. The purpose of your trip to Germany must be plausible and comprehensible. Applicants' passports should be valid for at least 6 months beyond their stay in Germany. Passports that contain illegible data cannot be accepted and your passport must not be damaged. Indians can apply for the Norwegian visitor visa if their intention is to travel to Norway for tourism, business and visitation purposes. The Sweden tourist visa is applied for and issued to those who intend to go to the country for tourism and leisure. People with the intention to attend business meetings and conferences are also issued this visa. Applicants are expected to get a Schengen visa. This is a short-stay visa that allows a stay of up to 90 days during a period of 180 days from the application date.  You must apply for the visa of the country that is your primary destination during your stay i.e. Sweden. Applicants are expected to have a valid passport that must have been issued in not more than ten years from the application period. It should also be valid for at least 3 months from the application date. One or more passport photos are also required along with the application form. The photos must have been taken within 6 months to the application period. The visa can be issued for single entry or multiple entries. Travelers are allowed to travel to other Schengen countries while their visa is valid. For persons under the age of 18 who intend to travel alone, written consent from the applicant's parents or guardians should be provided. It must be certified by a public notary.  If you intend to travel with only one parent, the written consent of the other parent or guardian is required. Tourist visas for children between 6 to 12 years of age cost EUR 35. Children below that age do not need a visa to travel.        Applicants are expected to have their valid individual medical travel insurance for use in Sweden.  A letter stating the purpose of the applicant's trip to Sweden should be provided. Applicants are also expected to include details such as date of entry, date of exit and travel itinerary. Applicants going to Sweden for the purpose of business should have an invitation letter from the individual host or host company in Sweden. Applicants must provide proof of sufficient financial means to support themselves financially during their stay in Sweden and for their return transportation.  For tourists, this can be in form of their letter of employment, salary slips for at least 6 months, recent bank statements or pension slips (For retired applicants). For businessmen or businesswomen, this can be in the form of their certificate of registration, tax forms, recent company bank statement or recent personal bank statement.

Indians traveling to Pakistan for tourism and visitation purposes should apply for the Pakistan visit visa. However, this visa doesn't allow Indians apply for tourism purposes; just visitation purposes. This visa is valid for 30 days and is not extendable. Indians who stay longer than the time permitted by the visa are subject to a fee of 40 Rupees per day of overstay. Applicants are required to provide a sponsorship letter from those they are visiting in Pakistan. A copy of the sponsor’s Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) must be required. Applications from Indian passport holders must be cleared directly from the Ministry of Interior. Indian nationals are also restricted in the availability of ports of entry to Pakistan, and instead must enter and leave the country via designated points, including the Wagah border, as well as through airports in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. Indian nationals are typically required to enter and exit Pakistan through the same post, unless permission is sought in advance. Polio vaccination within one year before travel may be required to exit Pakistan.
