Work Visa from India to Sweden Description

This visa is issued to foreign nationals who have been offered employment by an employer in Sweden.
The employment contract signed by both the employer and employee should be provided. The letter must state the job position offered to the applicant and the duration of employment.
A copy of your work permit is required.
Proof that there was no Swedish national qualified to take up the job that you were offered is required.
A copy of your curriculum vitae should be provided.
Proof of the incentive of returning to your home country at the expiry of your visa is required.
If you will be accompanied to Sweden by your family member, you can apply for the visa on their behalf.

A duly completed visa application form signed by the applicant.
Passport with a validity of at least 3 months from the intended period of exiting the country.
Two blank pages for the visa stamp.
Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background.
A European travel insurance confirmation of a minimum of 30,000 euros coverage within Sweden and the entire Schengen zone.
A cover letter stating the purpose of your travel to Sweden.
A flight itinerary with dates and flight numbers specifying entry and exit from Sweden.
Accommodation proof via Hotel reservation for the whole duration of the intended stay in Sweden or a host's residential address.
Medical certificate stating the good health of the applicant.
Proof of civil status and ties with the origin country such as a birth or marriage certificate.
Proof of sufficient financial means for the period of stay in Sweden.
A bank statement for the last 3 months before the application period.
A return-ticket to India.
