chitrakatha is home to sri.ravi kumar sharma, a long serving officer at the rajasthan vidhan sabha (the legislative assembly of rajasthan) and his family. this boutique hotel had been a dream for many years that finally took shape in the year 2009.
the family lives within the premise. close enough to take care of every guest - personally. a brief chat, a cup of tea with the family helps every explorer in finding new and exciting ways to discover this ever-so-mystical-place called; rajasthan.
the restaurant serves authentic rajasthani delicacies as well as east-west fusion for breakfast and dinner. the common areas are to play board games, chill and connect with other explorers. the quaint corners are to get lost in music or a book. it is located in a quiet residential locality atop a small hill in central jaipur and therefore it’s close to everything that matters to an explorer. less than 1Km from the Jaipur railway station and the central bus stand makes it very approachable. It is tastefully decorated with rich artistic traditions and is equipped with modern amenities to suit everyone who wishes to explore jaipur. the comfort, the food, the view, the vibe and the stories are some of the things what our patrons keep coming back for.
