Shri Gowri Shangar Hotels was established in the year 1989 by its founder and visionary Mr. Shankaranarayanan. Hailing from an illustrious business family, Mr. Shankaranarayanan began his journey in the hospitality industry in Srilanka way back in the 1950s and 60s. With his wide range of experience and knowledge he was a pillar of support for the institution.
The hotel is currently managed and overseen by its managing partner and co founder Mr. S. Arul jothi. Mr Arul Jothi is an Alumni of Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai 1989, and Sainik School Amaravathi nagar. His exposure and experience being part of various Hotels contributed immensely towards the growth and development of Shri Gowri Shangar Hotels.
