Business Visa from India to Burkina Faso Description

The Burkina Faso business visa is issued to Indians traveling to the country for business purposes.
This visa is valid for 90 days.
A letter from the applicant’s employer in India is required. The letter should be addressed to the Embassy of Burkina Faso.
The letter should introduce the applicant and state the nature of the business to be conducted. If the applicant is meeting more than one company, the names and addresses of the companies should be stated.
The letter should also state the following:

Purpose of the trip.
Activities to be performed during the trip.
Source of financial responsibility or expenses to be covered by the applicant's company or host company.
Duration of stay.

An official letter of invitation from the host company in India should be provided. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and signed by an authorized signatory of the company.
The letter should state the duration and nature of the business to be carried out. The valid contact address of the company should be included in the letter.
Proof of any previous dealings between the sponsoring and the host company should be provided, if any.

An Indian passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
Duly completed and signed visa application form.
If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.
Passport-size photographs (45 mm x 35 mm) taken in white background.
Travel document.
Proof of financial support.
Proof of accommodation.
Copy of return flight ticket.
Documentation showing applicant’s ties to home country.
Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.
Copy of travel itinerary.
