The Liberian business visa is issued to Indians traveling to Liberia for business purposes.
This visa does not allow its holder to receive payment for any form of business undertaken neither does it allow employment while in Liberia.
This visa can be used to attend conferences, seminars and training.
Those attending a conference are to submit a reservation for the conference.
Employed applicants should present a letter of leave from their employer.
If there are previous trade records between both parties, it should also be included.
All applicants must be vaccinated against yellow fever before travelling to Liberia.
The inviting company or business partner in Liberia is required to send a letter of invitation to the applicant which would be submitted with the required documents for visa processing.
The letter must be on the company's letterhead and should introduce the applicant, indicate the applicant's employment status/position held in the company, and clearly state the purpose of travel to Liberia.
The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information in Liberia.

A proof of travel arrangements must also be provided. This should come in the form of a computer-generated flight itinerary, clearly showing the applicant’s name, from the airline or travel agency or copy of airline ticket showing entry and departure from Liberia.
