An invitation letter from the company you are meeting up with should be provided. The letter should have the company’s address, the duration of your visit, as well as the purpose of your visit to the country.
Regarding the applicant’s expenses during stay in the Schengen zone, either the employer or the partner company must state coverage of expenses on the letter or invitation
A letter from your employer stating awareness and allowance of your business leave should be provided. The letter should include the duration and purpose of your visit to Iceland.
If you have had previous business dealings with the company in Iceland, proof of this required.
Business bank statement of the latest 6 months must be provided.
Memorandum and Article of Association in original certified copy (registered with joint stock companies) Trade License (first issued and present renewal), Proprietorship/Partnership documents must be provided.

An Indian passport not older than 7 years, with at least six months validity beyond the date you plan to leave Iceland.
A passport size photograph (45 X 35 mm) with a white background.
Travel document.
Proof of financial support.
Proof of accommodation. E.g hotel reservations.
Documentation showing applicants ties to home country, e.g. Marriage certificate, birth certificate etc.
Travel medical Insurance with a coverage of at least 30,000 Euros.
Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.
A police report showing the traveler does not have a criminal record.
