Business Visa from India to Brazil
- This type of visa is issued to Indian businessmen, representatives or employees of foreign companies who want to visit Brazil for business purposes.
- Applicants are permitted to attend business meetings and conferences and conclude contracts with this visa.
- A covering letter from the applicant’s company is required.
- The letter must have the company’s letterhead, the name of the company, the designation of the candidate, the department he or she works in and the contact number.
- A notarized letter of invitation from the concerned organisation in Brazil is needed. The letter should be written in both English and Portuguese.
- The letter should also include all the details of the company, such as the registration number of the organisation, the duration and purpose of stay of the applicant.
- If the applicant is a business owner, a copy of your certificate of business registration and latest tax returns is required.
- If your employer is to assume the financial responsibility of your trip, it should be stated in the letter from your employer.
- Proof of previous business dealings in the company should be provided, if any.
