- Holders of the Peru business visa can negotiate and sign business contracts while they are in the country.
- They can also engage in other business-related activities, such as attending conferences, summits and trade fairs.
- This visa is valid for 183 days and is not extendable.
- Applicants are required to provide a business introduction letter.
- A letter of invitation from the host company must also be provided. This letter must include the following:
- Your full name, date of birth, nationality and intended dates of travel.
- The name of the host organization, their address and phone number.
- The purpose and nature of your visit in detail.
- Number of intended entries and length of validity of the visa.
- The certificate of business registration of the company in Peru is required.
- Proof of previous business dealings with the Peruvian company must be provided, if any.
- A police report showing a clean criminal record is required.
