Short stay Schengen visa The Schengen short-stay visa is issued to travelers who want to visit France for tourism, business, family visitation or any other short term purpose. The applicant's reason for travel must be clearly stated on the visa stamped in the applicant's visa. Application forms should be filled correctly and with all honesty. You can also fill the France Schengen Visa application form electronically and then print a hard-copy. Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the return date. If there were previous trade relations between the two companies, proof of such events must be provided The employer or the partner company must state coverage of the applicant’s expenses for the duration of stay in France on the letter of invitation. You are required to provide the original copies of all documents with clear double-sided photocopies at the embassy. You should NOT staple the documents together. If you are self-employed, you should submit proof of business certification such as the Business License and the company's certified bank account statements for the last three months. There should be a detailed itinerary of the applicant's travel and a return ticket to India at the end of the applicant's stay. Minors traveling on a short-stay visa are expected to have their birth certificate and a signed letter of consent from their parents. They should also have copies of their parents' or guardians' IDs or passports.
Japan visitor visa is issued to Indians who want to travel to visit friends, families, and acquaintances. This visa can also be used for vacations, ceremonies and to attend festivals for a short period of time. Those issued this visa are given the Temporary Visitor status. It is possible also to have business meetings, seminars, conferences, sign contracts, engage in PR activities and conduct market research. The visa is issued both on Single and Multiple entries. The application form should be filled with a black pen. The passport used for the application must be signed by the bearer. It should also be valid for 6 months. If you are meeting a family relation in Japan, you are required to provide documents that sufficiently prove the family relationship. The document to be submitted should include either a birth certificate, marriage certificate or an extract from the civil status certificate. A certified copy of the family register is required if your host is your spouse and is also Japanese. All applicants of this visa should make sure they present a letter of invitation with motif and which bears the seal of the host. Before applying for this visa, ensure you have settled your accommodation in Denmark as it is an important criterion for the visa issuance. This visa is valid for 90 days To be eligible for this visa, you are required to have at least DKK 350 per day if you have a host and DKK 500 per day if you would be staying in a hotel. Visitors must have a travel insurance policy worth € 30,000 and must be valid for the length of the visa you are applying for otherwise, your stay would be shortened. If you have previously been deported from Denmark or declared as undesirable, you would not be issued a visa. Applicants are required to have a return ticket as proof that they will not overstay the Denmark visa. It is important to abide by the rules and laws in Denmark, if you do not, you would be deported. If the immigration officer considers you a threat or is feels you are seeking permanent residence in Denmark, you will not be granted a visa. New Zealand issues a visitor visa to individuals who want to travel to New Zealand for tourism, sight-seeing and other recreational purposes. It also allows the holder to attend festivals, cultural exhibitions and visit friends and relatives. This visa however does not grant its holder the permission to work while in the country. On arrival in New Zealand, you have to declare all risk items. Risk items include food, plants, wooden products, soil, water, outdoor equipment and animal products. The B2 visa is for those who want to go into the US for leisure, vacationing and also visiting friends and family. Those who want to visit the US for medical reasons are also issued a B2 visa. Note that you can have a combination of these purposes on your visa and it would be tagged the B1/B2 visa. The visa application form is to be filled online and a confirmation page would be provided after applying. This is to be printed out and taken by the applicants for their scheduled interviews. You are expected to apply for a UK visa 3 months before your intended departure date. Businessmen and women with this visa can attend meetings, conferences & training. The Sweden tourist visa is applied for and issued to those who intend to go to the country for tourism and leisure. People with the intention to attend business meetings and conferences are also issued this visa. Applicants are expected to get a Schengen visa. This is a short-stay visa that allows a stay of up to 90 days during a period of 180 days from the application date. You must apply for the visa of the country that is your primary destination during your stay i.e. Sweden. Applicants are expected to have a valid passport that must have been issued in not more than ten years from the application period. It should also be valid for at least 3 months from the application date. One or more passport photos are also required along with the application form. The photos must have been taken within 6 months to the application period. The visa can be issued for single entry or multiple entries. Travelers are allowed to travel to other Schengen countries while their visa is valid. For persons under the age of 18 who intend to travel alone, written consent from the applicant's parents or guardians should be provided. It must be certified by a public notary. If you intend to travel with only one parent, the written consent of the other parent or guardian is required. Tourist visas for children between 6 to 12 years of age cost EUR 35. Children below that age do not need a visa to travel. Applicants are expected to have their valid individual medical travel insurance for use in Sweden. A letter stating the purpose of the applicant's trip to Sweden should be provided. Applicants are also expected to include details such as date of entry, date of exit and travel itinerary. Applicants going to Sweden for the purpose of business should have an invitation letter from the individual host or host company in Sweden. Applicants must provide proof of sufficient financial means to support themselves financially during their stay in Sweden and for their return transportation. For tourists, this can be in form of their letter of employment, salary slips for at least 6 months, recent bank statements or pension slips (For retired applicants). For businessmen or businesswomen, this can be in the form of their certificate of registration, tax forms, recent company bank statement or recent personal bank statement.

Indians traveling to Pakistan for tourism and visitation purposes should apply for the Pakistan visit visa. Indians who stay longer than the time permitted by the visa are subject to a fee of 40 Rupees per day of overstay.
