A business visa for Denmark is issued for a 90-day business visit to Denmark. This visa is a Schengen visa and can be used for an unrestricted entry into other Schengen states. The Denmark business visa does not allow its holder to work unless the immigration service has granted them the explicit right to do so. You can however carry out certain work-related activities without a work permit if you are visiting for less than 90 days. If you have to travel to Denmark several times, you can apply for a long-stay visa which allows multiple entries into the country. To be eligible for this visa, your passport must be valid for three months beyond the expiration date of your visa and should not have been issued for over 10 years. Travel insurance coverage worth € 30,000 is also required. It would be used to take care of any emergency that can arise in Denmark during your stay. Accommodation is also required. The reservation should be valid through the visa application period. If you remain in Denmark after your visa expires or if you attempt to use your visa stay to obtain permanent or long-term residency in Denmark, you can be given a penalty period of 3 or 5 years.  Anyone given a penalty would not be able to visit Denmark for that period. The visa costs 60 euro for individuals above 12 years old, 35euro for children between 6-11 years and free of charge for children of 0-6 years.

The Kuwaiti business visa is a visit visa issued for the sole purpose of doing business in Kuwait. The business visa is usually issued as a multiple-entry visa as this is the handiest for business-sponsored foreigners. It is valid for one year. It is required that the sponsor for the multiple-entry visa is the Ministry of Defence. A fully completed and signed visa application form should be submitted. You are advised to crosscheck properly in case of any omission or inaccurate information as any of these can cause a delay in the processing of your visa application. You are also required to provide proof of accommodation, such as a hotel booking, a rental agreement or a letter of invitation from a host whose house you will be staying, for the duration of your intended stay in Kuwait. Proof of your financial sufficiency for the duration of your stay in Kuwait is required. This could be in the form of your bank account statement, not older than three months or sponsorship letter by the company that confirms that they will be sponsoring your trip financially. You should also get an invitation letter from a company in Kuwait. This letter has to appear as an invitation to attend meetings or other relevant events that match trade, industry or work. It must be stated in either the cover letter from your employer or the letter of invitation from the Kuwaiti company that one or both of the companies will be covering your travel expenses during your stay in Kuwait. Any proof of previous trade relations between the two companies, you are required to provide proof of such an event. If you are employed, you need to present an employment contract, your bank statement of the latest six months, leave permission from your employer, and an income Tax Return form. If you are self-employed, a copy of your business license, the company's latest six months bank statement and an Income Tax Return should be presented.

The Russian business visa allows Indian travelers to partake in business activities while in Russia. Business visas can be: Single- or double-entry - valid for up to 3 months. Multiple-entry - valid for up to 1 year or up to 3 years in some cases. The number of entries allowed depends on the applicant's specific travel conditions. According to Russian law, the complete term of stay in Russia on a business visa should not exceed 90 days on a single visit within every 180 days. Business visas can be extended only in exceptional cases (such as a serious illness). Note that an extension can only be granted at the request of your visa sponsor/host. Each issued visa must be approved by either the Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be fully valid. Your employer in India should provide a letter that states that he or she is aware of your business leave. The position you hold in the company and how long you have been employed for should also be stated in the letter. Foreigners coming to Russia as official speakers at a conference will also need to secure a business visa. Business travelers to Russia should be able to fully demonstrate they have enough money to comfortably spend £100 daily for their entire stay in the Russian Federation. An HIV test is usually required during the business visa application process. It might take up to 20 working days for your Russian business visa application to be ready.

Indians traveling to Algeria for business purposes are required to apply for the Algerian business visa The Algerian business visa is issued on both single-entry and multiple-entry. Business travelers must contact the Ministry of the Interior, Foreigners Office, before engaging in any travel within the interior of the country. The Ministry will notify local police of the planned travel and the police may choose to assign escorts for that travel. Applicants must provide a letter and it must include the following:  The full name, address and contact details of the host company. Specify the purpose and duration of stay. Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant. Be signed by the applicant's host company. Be issued within the last three months. Travelers must provide return tickets. The return tickets can be obtained without paying the actual amount from an authentic travel agency. This is to ensure that you will return to your country after your work is done. It is compulsory to attach a letter of sponsorship from your employer stating that you are traveling to Algeria as a part of your business.  Bank statements for the last 6 months are among the most important documents to get your visa approved. It shows that you are financially capable to make the trip. You need to submit the original invitation from the Algerian company that you’re planning to visit. Note that it must be duly attested by the Algerian chamber of commerce. 

This visa is issued to those who intend to go to China for commercial and trade activities. It is referred to as the M Visa and is usually issued for single-entry, double-entry or multiple-entry. The duration of stay (each visit) is normally 30-60 days based on a particular Chinese Consulate. This visa allows activities such as visiting clients, attending trade fairs, negotiating with clients, and signing contracts. The validity period of China M visa is three months. Applicants are expected to have proof of legal stay or residence from their origin country. There should be an invitation letter issued by a Chinese business or trade partner. There should also be an invitation letter or confirmation letter of invitation issued by duly authorized Chinese institutes or relevant units. The invitation letters should state the applicant’s information including full name, birth date, passport number. It should also have information about the intended business visit and information about the party inviting the applicant.

Indians traveling to Namibia for business purposes can apply for the Namibian business visa. Indians can also apply for a business visa if they are traveling to Namibia for work purposes or to attend a conference. Indians can also set up a business in Algeria with this visa. A travel flight itinerary should be submitted by the applicant. The flight itinerary must show entry date and exit date. Proof of yellow fever vaccination must be provided. A business letter from your company outlining the purpose and duration of the visit must be provided. A business letter from the host company giving dates of travel, purpose of the trip and guarantee of sufficient funds must also be provided. If there are any previous relations with the host company in Namibia, it's important that you show any documentation that affirms this business relationship. You are expected to leave Namibia before the expiration of your visa.

The South Korean business visa allows foreigners to engage in business activities, attend conferences, trade fairs, business summits negotiate and sign business contracts while they are in South Korea. Your international passport, valid for at least 6 months and has 2 blank pages, is required. A letter from your employer written with the company’s letterhead stating the awareness and allowance of your business leave. The duration of your visit and the purpose of your visit, as well as your status in the company, should be clearly stated. An official invitation letter from the company in South Korea should be provided. The company’s address, the reason for your visit and the duration of your stay should be clearly stated. A guarantee letter from the company in South Korea stating that the company will take responsibility for any criminal activities committed by you while you are in the country. Certificate of business registration of the following is required: The Certificate of Business Registration of the inviting company in South Korea. The Certificate of Business Registration of the company/employer in India. If your employer or the company in South Korea will be responsible for taking care of your expenses, it should be stated in the invitation letter. If you have been in business with the same company previously, proof of this should be presented during the visa application process. You are required to provide a Business Introduction Letter from your India-based company. All letters must be printed on the company letterhead that displays an Indian mailing address. 

The Portuguese business visa enables Indians to visit Portugal to engage in business activities. This visa allows business travelers to meet up with business partners to negotiate and sign contracts. You can also  attend trade fairs, conferences, and business summits while you are in the country. An invitation letter from the company you will be visiting in Portugal should be provided. The address of the company and the dates of your visit should be stated in the letter. If the company you are meeting with in Portugal will be responsible for your expenses while you are in the country, it should be stated in the letter. A letter from your employer in the India stating awareness and allowance of your business travel for the duration of your time in the country is required. If there were previous trade relations between the two companies, proof of such events must be provided A business bank statement of the latest 6 months must also be provided. Memorandum and Article of Association in original certified copy (registered with joint-stock companies) Trade License (first issued and present renewal), Proprietorship/Partnership documents are to be provided. Regarding the applicant’s expenses during stay in the Schengen zone, either the employer or the partner company must state coverage of expenses on the letter or invitation.

This visa is issued as a short stay visa to applicants who have intentions of attending conferences, holding meetings or signing contracts in Poland. It is issued as a Type-C Schengen visa and requires a valid passport before it can be issued.  The applicant's original passport should be valid for at least 3 months after the intended departure date.  For sponsored applicants, there has to be evidence of the sponsorship from either the host company or the company of employment in the origin or resident country.  In this case, a letter of permission from the company of employment stating their awareness and approval of the applicant's travel is also required.  For self-sponsored individuals, you are required to submit a business certificate alongside all other important requirements.  An Income Tax Revenue document and a bank statement would also be needed in both cases. They should be original and recent.

A business visa is needed for individuals who are traveling to Venezuela to carry out business activities It can also be used to attend conferences and seminars, purchase business materials and hire staff If you are traveling to Venezuela for a conference, a proof of registration for the conference is required during the visa application processing A letter of invitation from your host is required. The invitation letter should state the duration of the trip, the person responsible for bills incurred during the trip and detailed address of the host Whoever is paying for the trip has to include a recent bank statement preferably from 3 months earlier Employed applicants are also required to provide a letter from their employer stating that your employer is aware of your trip and that you will return to your home country at the end of the trip Self-employed applicants should include a copy of their business registration certificate and proof of assets in home country Venezuela business visa is also multiple entry and is valid for 180 days You are allowed to enter and exit Venezuela numerous times during the visa validity. Visa extension for 90 days is allowed and can be done in the country.

The Malian business visa is available to Indians looking to travel to Mali for business purposes This visa is valid for 90 days but can be extended to 180 days. Applicants are required to provide proof of yellow fever vaccination. Bank statements from the last six months must be provided. The Bank statement is a mandatory document and it should meet the following criteria It must be of your savings bank account for the last 6 months. It must be original and obtained from the savings bank account. It must be provided with authentic seal and bank signature. It must show a healthy balance amount in the account. It must be original and should have the bank's stamp and signature on every page. An invitation letter from the host company in Mali must be provided. The letter must indicate if the company is going to sponsor the applicant's trip. Proof of business registration from the company in India must be provided. The applicant is required to provide a copy of his/her flight itinerary.

The Switzerland business visa is for  Indians looking to travel to Belgium for business purposes. You will need to provide a letter from the Switzerland company you will be visiting. This letter will also contain their detailed address, accompanied by the date and actual purpose of your trip. If the intention is to attend a meeting or seminar, confirmation/invitation from the conference organizer/institution is required. The invitation letter must also mention how the expenses of the applicant are going to be covered during his/her travel. It must be made clear whether it will be sponsored by the employer or the local company. In most cases, you will also need to submit a   ‘no-objection’  letter. This letter is required to validate your current status and assure the embassy that your have permission to travel. A no-objection letter is typically obtained from your employer or school authorities. If you are employed, you will have to present a certificate from your employer stating or allowing your business travel. Your bank statement from the last 6 months is needed. Self-employed people will submit proof of business registration.
